Mountain Biking Trails
An expanding network of mountain biking trails winds through the 772-acre property, offering routes for various difficulty levels. From flowy singletracks through meadows to technical descents along ridgelines, the trail system grows each season. Colorado's newest cycling routes are right outside your door.
Disc Golf
A private 30-hole disc golf course weaves through the natural terrain, offering technical shots through rock formations, open fairways across meadows, and elevation changes that challenge players of all skill levels. One of the largest private disc golf courses in the region.
Hiking Trails
Unlimited hiking trails stretch across 772 acres and connect to thousands of acres of surrounding open space. Step out your back door and onto trails that lead through pinyon-juniper forests, along ridgelines, past rock formations, and to panoramic viewpoints. No driving to a trailhead required.
Golf Practice
Six tee boxes and dedicated putting and chipping greens give residents a place to sharpen their short game without leaving the property. Set against a mountain backdrop, the practice area offers a relaxed setting for golfers to work on technique or simply enjoy an afternoon outdoors.
Pickleball Court
A dedicated pickleball court combines the best elements of tennis, ping-pong, and badminton into one fast-paced game that has become one of the most popular sports in America. The court is available to all residents and provides a great way to stay active and connect with neighbors.
Via Ferrata
A steel cable and rung system anchored into the rock allows adventurers to traverse vertical cliff faces safely. Routes include the Sweet Spot walls and the Buddha Wall, offering varying levels of difficulty. Via Ferrata translates to 'iron road' in Italian, and this one is among the most unique private installations in Colorado.
Epic Incline
A custom-built 176-step staircase climbs the terrain in a nod to Colorado's famous Manitou Incline. This cardiovascular challenge rewards climbers with panoramic views at the top and serves as a daily fitness routine for residents who want a serious workout without leaving the community.
Bike Park & Pump Track
A professionally constructed bike park and pump track provides a place for riders of all levels to develop skills and have fun. The flowing berms, rollers, and jumps are designed to build confidence for younger riders while still offering a challenge for experienced mountain bikers.
Basketball Court
A full outdoor basketball court gives residents and their families a place for pickup games and shooting around. Located near the community hub, the court is a gathering spot for friendly competition and evening recreation.

Mini Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Inspired by Colorado's legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this natural outdoor gathering space is built into the terrain for community concerts, movie nights, and special events. The acoustics of the rock formations create an intimate setting under the stars.
Wetlands
The wetlands area features diverse terrain with riparian corridors, natural water features, and rich wildlife habitat. Walking trails wind through the area, offering birdwatching, nature photography, and a peaceful escape into one of the most ecologically diverse zones on the property.
Gunslingers Clubhouse
The Gunslingers Clubhouse is a Wild West-themed community gathering space with a fully stocked bar, seating areas, and event capabilities. Inspired by the property's Buckskin Joe heritage, the clubhouse hosts community gatherings, private events, and serves as the social hub of the Ranch & Resort.
