Life on the Ranch
A gated eco-adventure community with world-class activities, a Wild West clubhouse, and 772 acres of Colorado mountain living.
Merge Adventure with Life
Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort is not a subdivision. It is a community built around the idea that where you live should be as exciting as what you do on the weekends. The 772-acre property puts 14 on-site activities, thousands of acres of open space, and Colorado's most iconic outdoor destinations within minutes of your front door.
Residents share a drive-in, hike-out philosophy. You drive through one of four gated entry points, park at your lot, and explore the rest on foot, by bike, or by electric golf cart. The land, the wildlife, and the experience come first.
Gunslingers Clubhouse
The social hub of the Ranch & Resort. A Wild West-themed community gathering space with a stocked bar, seating areas, and event capabilities. Inspired by the property's Buckskin Joe heritage.
Available for community gatherings, private events, and everyday socializing. An online reservation system handles scheduling for private bookings.
