Short term vacation rentals will be allowed only for a minimum of 1 month at a time. No nightly or week rentals are permitted to maintain the privacy and noise and disruption of our community.
Community Drive-in, Hike Out Policy
The resident drive-in,hike-out policy prohibits driving around the resort in motorized vehicles to reduce noise and maintain the serenity of the resort. Use your vehicle only to get in and out of your property.
Electric golf carts or E-bikes are recommended for travel around the resort.
The homeowners association fees will be just $100 a month to cover trash service, security, road and gate maintenance, stocking beer and drinks in the clubhouse, as well as trail maintenance & development.
Trash & Recycling
There will be locations near each of the gates for all trash & recycling and designated mailboxes.
Utilities will include a 3500-gallon water cistern that can be refilled regularly or upon request. Each lot will consist of an individual power meter and a dedicated septic system.
